Entrants full name, address, city, state, zip, age, email address, date and phone number must be filled out clearly and completely for eligibility. Completion of the survey and questionnaire on official entry form is optional and completion of survey will not increase your chances of winning gear. Completed official entry form must be either turned in to an on-site Gear Giveaway representative or dropped into the designated drop box on-site. Entries must be received by 6/18/2005, winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about 8/15/2005 by an independent agency. Decisions of the judges of the independent agency are final in all matters regarding this Gear Giveaway. ADventure Advertising, LLC and participating manufacturers/sponsors assume no responsibility for damaged, illegible, late, lost, stolen, or incomplete entries. First place winner of the Shimano Fishing Tour Gear Giveaway will receive a Ranger Z20 Comanche Bass Boat equipped with 225 HP Yamaha HPDI motor, an approximate total retail value of $48,000. Second place winner will receive a voucher with a retail value of $2,500 for Shimano tackle rods and reels. Third place winner will receive a voucher with a retail value of $1,500 for Shimano rods and reels. Fourth place winner will receive a voucher with a retail value of $1,000 for Shimano rods and reels. Fifth place winner will receive a one-day fishing trip with professional angler, Jimmy Houston (location and date to be determined). Total approximate value, including travel, meals and guide fee, is $1,420. Two sixth place winners will receive a 1,000 yard spool of P-Line Floroclear 12 lb test fishing line, an approximate retail value of $50, and ten packs of Kinami soft plastic baits with an approximate retail value of $30. Winners will be notified by mail, email and/or phone and may be required to complete and return affidavit of eligibility or additional waivers or releases, or alternate winner(s) will be selected. All decisions will be final. Odds of winning dependent on the number of eligible entries received. All merchandise won is non-transferable. No substitution of merchandise offered except due to availability, then merchandise of equal or greater value will be substituted. The Gear Giveaway is limited to all legal permanent residents of the following states: Virginia, Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, Louisiana, Texas, Alabama, Arkansas and Oklahoma, 18 years or older, except for the employees and the immediate family members of ADventure Advertising, LLC and participating manufacturers/sponsors. Not valid in Canada, any other U.S. state and any other countries. Taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners. Void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws apply.
